SIGN UP FORM - BOOTH SPACES PUMPKIN FESTIVAL
Date of Festival: Saturday & Sunday September 25th & 26th
You will receive an orange card when you register the morning of the festival (this is to be placed in your car window so
you can go in and out of the barricades). This year we will have one point of entry at the railroad tracks by the Library
(Burnett Ave.) That way all the vendor traffic is going in and out of one point. Your booth space fee pays for Saturday and
you are welcome to come back on Sunday at no additional charge.
Set up time(s): Saturday 8:00am-10:00am
Sunday 8:00am -10:00am
Take down & clean up: Saturday 4:00pm-4:30pm
Sunday 4:00pm-4:30pm
Cost: $40.00 food booth - per space (need a food permit from JDC Health Dept. Galena, IL)
$25.00 - arts & crafts - per space
$5.00 - school organizations, churches, not for profit (selling items) - per space
No Charge - not for profit doing information booth only
Booth Size: These spaces are approximations only (9x10)
You will provide your own tables & supplies, etc.
NO electricity will be provided.
You will clean garbage from your area.
All spaces are outside and will be on the sidewalks downtown.
Our paid Chamber Business Members have first choice of their space.
You can request the same space as last year - we will try to accommodate but no guarantees.
The parade route will be the same as last year (coming down the center of town from Burnett Ave), with the stage and the chamber booth being in the center of downtown.
